Position: Tender Officer

Location: Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle (MOH tenders)
• Prepare and submit RFPs and tender documents
• Coordinate with suppliers, sales, and internal teams
• Track tender delivery timelines and performance
• Handle procurement, supplier communication, and pricing
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait regulations and tender requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Logistics, Engineering or related)
• Minimum 5 years experience in tender/procurement field
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Public Tender Law & MOH specs
• Medical/healthcare background preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Dynamics AX & SharePoint is a plus)
• Fluent in English & Arabic
