CSCEC Kuwait is looking for a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our Commercial & Contracts Department in Kuwait.

If you have strong expertise in cost control, contract administration, commercial management, and quantity surveying, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
✔ Manage project valuations, variations, and claims
✔ Review contracts, payment certificates, and subcontract agreements
✔ Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
✔ Support tendering and procurement processes
✔ Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements
✔ Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and finance teams

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
✔ Must have experience working with a main contractor company
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial, contracts, and cost management processes
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
