Alhasawi Group is hiring a D365 Functional Consultant – Retail to join our growing team in Kuwait.
​We are looking for an experienced professional in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with strong expertise in Retail and Supply Chain processes.

​Requirements:
-​Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
-​3–5 years of experience in D365 F&O (Retail module mandatory)
-​Strong knowledge of SCM processes
-​Experience in system configuration, implementation, and support
-​Hands-on experience with DMF and Excel Add-in
-​Strong analytical and communication skills

​Key Responsibilities:
-​Support Retail operations (POS, pricing, promotions, inventory)
-​Manage SCM processes (purchase orders, sales orders, inventory movements)
-​Gather requirements and prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, FDD)
​Support UAT, testing, and deployments
-​Handle data uploads using DMF and Excel Add-in
-​Provide user support and coordinate between business & IT teams
