Alhasawi Group is hiring a D365 Functional Consultant – Retail to join our growing team in Kuwait.
We are looking for an experienced professional in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with strong expertise in Retail and Supply Chain processes.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
-3–5 years of experience in D365 F&O (Retail module mandatory)
-Strong knowledge of SCM processes
-Experience in system configuration, implementation, and support
-Hands-on experience with DMF and Excel Add-in
-Strong analytical and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
-Support Retail operations (POS, pricing, promotions, inventory)
-Manage SCM processes (purchase orders, sales orders, inventory movements)
-Gather requirements and prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, FDD)
Support UAT, testing, and deployments
-Handle data uploads using DMF and Excel Add-in
-Provide user support and coordinate between business & IT teams
