We Are Hiring – Instrumentation Maintenance Professionals for KNPC Refinery Project


HOTECC looking for experienced professionals to join our team for Instrumentation Maintenance & Control Systems in KNPC Refinery project.
🔧 Open Positions:
Instrument Maintenance Engineer (Reliever)
Instrument Maintenance Supervisor (Reliever)
Instrument Maintenance Foreman (Reliever)
Instrument Maintenance Technician (Reliever)


🔹 Instrument Maintenance Engineer (Reliever)
✔ Engineering Degree (Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Chemical or equivalent)
✔ Minimum 10+ years experience in refinery / oil & gas maintenance
✔ Strong expertise in:
DCS, PLC & ESD systems
Control valves, analyzers & field instruments
Shutdown, breakdown & preventive maintenance
✔ Experience with Honeywell / Allen Bradley / Bentley Nevada systems preferred


🔹 Instrument Maintenance Supervisor (Reliever)
✔ Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics
✔ Minimum 8+ years experience in refinery / petrochemical plants
✔ Capable of:
Supervising maintenance activities (field & control room)
Handling PM schedules & shutdown jobs
Reading P&IDs, loop diagrams & control schematics
✔ Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, ESD systems


🔹 Instrument Maintenance Foreman (Reliever)
✔ Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics
✔ Minimum 6+ years experience in oil & gas / refinery
✔ Hands-on experience in:
Instrument calibration & troubleshooting
Field & workshop maintenance
✔ Ability to lead technicians and ensure safe work practices


🔹 Instrument Maintenance Technician (Reliever)
✔ ITI / NCTVT in Instrumentation / Electronics
✔ Minimum 7+ years’ experience in refinery / petrochemical industry
✔ Skilled in:
Calibration, loop checking & fault diagnosis
Pneumatic & electronic instruments
DCS / PLC systems and smart devices
✔ Strong troubleshooting and safety compliance skills


🔹 General Requirements:
✔ Experience in Hydrocarbon Refineries / Petrochemical Plants is mandatory
✔ Strong commitment to HSE standards & safe work practices
✔ Ability to work in shutdowns, emergencies & rotational shifts
✔ Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
