A luxury wellness company in Kuwait is looking for a Female Assistant Quality Officer to handle quality assurance and service checks for Female guests.

Role:
- Ensure quality standards are met across all guest touchpoints
- Handle quality assurance and checks for Female guests
- Monitor and report on service quality
- 8-hour duty

Requirements:
- Arab nationality
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Good speaker with excellent presentation skills
- Detail oriented with strong attention to detail
- Customer service and guest handling experience
- Understands the importance of quality in the service industry
- Computer and Excel skills
- Focused and adaptable
- Fresh graduates with amazing social skills are welcome
