📋 Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in legal/contractual affairs
• Experience in employee disputes handling
• Proven experience in:
– Rig Contract Kuwaitization (legal aspects)
– Contractual correspondence in Drilling & Workover (D&W)
• Strong proficiency in Arabic & English (mandatory)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to draft, review, and respond to legal/contractual communications

🎯 Preferred Background:
• Oil & Gas / Drilling & Workover experience
• Familiarity with KOC contract standards
