We’re Hiring: Senior Credit and Collection Controller

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Credit and Collection Controller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage aging reports and achieve collection targets
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Coordinate with clients to resolve payment and account issues
• Review credit terms, contracts, and customer payment behavior
• Prepare collection reports and analyze financial risks
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and legal teams for account resolution
• Support process improvements and collections efficiency
• Train and guide junior collection staff

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in credit control and collections
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
