📌 Open Position: • Senior Business & System Analyst

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Software Engineering / Computer Science / MIS / Business Administration
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT enterprise projects
• Minimum 10 years in requirements gathering, analysis & system design
• Minimum 8 years in Business Process Modeling & Automation

📌 Key Skills:

• Strong experience in UML (Unified Modeling Language)
• Deep understanding of ECM products & capabilities
• Strong business analysis & process improvement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of organizational structure & IT services
• Change management experience preferred

📌 Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into system requirements and solutions
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements
• Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” process maps
• Perform gap analysis and ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Prepare use cases, test cases, test data, and validation documents
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and report results
• Monitor and improve service quality and performance
