Location: kuwait

We're looking for a highly-skilled, experienced local Senior Systems Engineer to support our Commercial department's operations by ensuring its smooth functionality, and whose key technical responsibilities include:
➖ Installing, commissioning, and maintaining advanced parking management and access control systems, including ANPR (LPR), IP surveillance, loop detectors, and automated barrier solutions.
➖ Skilled in end-to-end system deployment—from low-voltage cabling and MEP drawing interpretation to configuring network infrastructure (VLANs, IP addressing, NVRs, and servers) and ensuring seamless integration across all components.
➖ Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, and hydraulic issues, including ANPR accuracy failures, network disruptions, gate malfunctions, and system synchronization errors, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
➖ Collaborating effectively with civil and electrical teams to execute infrastructure requirements and validate installations against as-built designs.
➖ Providing technical support to clients and field teams, developing user-friendly guides, and training junior technicians on system operations, safety protocols, and best practices.

Soft skills include:
➖ Both Arabic and English linguistic and written skills.
➖ Microsoft Office proficiency.
➖Preferred experience with specific parking platforms (e.g. AMANO, SKIDATA, HID, Nedap, DESIGNA, or FAAC).

Qualifications:
➖ BSc/BEng in Electronics, Mechatronics, IT Networking, or related field.
➖ Minimum of 5 years in technical support, field service, installation of low-voltage systems, or related work - preferably parking, access control, or traffic barriers.
➖ Preferred certification: CompTIA Network+, Axis Camera Academy, Hydraulics certificate.
