Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
Strong attention to detail and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to specifications and drawings
Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using appropriate tools and equipment
Inspect finished workpieces to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
