Key Skills:
• Strong teaching and mentoring experience
• In-depth knowledge of EYFS
• Ability to observe and enhance teaching practices
• Excellent communication and training skills

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in Early Years
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or professional development
