Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician for a full-time, on-site role in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities include performing routine and specialized laboratory analyses, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, monitoring quality control measures, and supporting diagnostic processes in laboratory medicine. Collaboration with medical professionals and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential in this role.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine
Strong Laboratory Skills, including handling and analyzing samples
Experience with Laboratory Equipment operation and maintenance
Understanding of Quality Control in a medical laboratory setting
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving competency
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Diploma or Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
Relevant national or international certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT) is an advantage
