**Requirements:**
- Strong academic background in Finance or Accounting
- Professional certifications such as **CMA, CFA, CPA** or equivalent are a must
- Proven experience in financial management, auditing, and consultancy
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
