📍 Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing children’s retail e-commerce team based in Shuwaikh. If you are passionate about customer experience, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

💡 What You’ll Do:
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Females Preferred
• Immediate Joiners
• Visa 18 Ahli
• Experience in customer service (retail experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual (English & Arabic – spoken and written)
• Ability to type and communicate in both languages
• Experience with Shopify is a plus
• Comfortable working in Shuwaikh and commuting
