• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as cost engineer

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience as Cost Engineer in handling complete Tendering Cycle from Contract Requisition to Contract Commencement and carry out all jobs pertaining to Contract Management for Drilling Rig and Workover Services.
