طلوب مهندس عمليات / مبيعات مشاريع – الكويت
شركة إيديفيس أوف كويت للتجارة العامة تبحث عن مهندس عمليات لديه خبرة فعلية في إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع المقاولات، قادر على قيادة المشاريع من الدراسة حتى التسليم.
🔹 الشروط الأساسية:
خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في قطاع المقاولات داخل الكويت
مؤهل هندسي (مدني / ميكانيكي / معماري)
خبرة في قراءة المخططات و BOQ واعتماد المواد والعينات
قدرة على إدارة فرق العمل (فنيين / عمال / موردين)
معرفة بإجراءات الموقع، الجودة، والسلامة
يشترط توفر سيارة خاصة
🔹 المهام:
دراسة المشاريع وتحليلها قبل التنفيذ
الإشراف على التنفيذ في الموقع ومتابعة سير العمل
اعتماد العينات والمواد ومطابقتها للمواصفات
التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين والاستشاريين
متابعة المشروع بعد البيع حتى التسليم النهائي
ضمان تطبيق المخططات بدقة
مراقبة الجودة ومعالجة المشاكل الميدانية

Hiring: Operations / Project Sales Engineer – Kuwait

Edefis of Kuwait General Trading Company is seeking an Operations Engineer with hands-on experience in managing and executing contracting projects, capable of leading projects from the initial study phase through to final handover.

🔹 Key Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the contracting sector within Kuwait.
* Engineering qualification (Civil / Mechanical / Architectural).
* Experience in reading blueprints, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and approving materials and samples.
* Ability to manage work teams (technicians, laborers, suppliers).
* Knowledge of site procedures, quality control, and safety protocols.
* *A private vehicle is mandatory.*

🔹 Responsibilities:

* Studying and analyzing projects prior to execution.
* Supervising on-site execution and monitoring work progress.
* Approving samples and materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.
* Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
* Following up on the project post-sale through to final handover.
* Ensuring the precise implementation of blueprints and designs.
* Monitoring quality standards and resolving field-related issues.
