A well-reputed engineering contracting company in Kuwait is seeking a highly organized and efficient *Secretary* to support daily administrative operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Assist management with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Proven experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant( Minimum 5 Years)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
*Preferred:*
- Experience in an engineering or contracting company
- Familiarity with office management systems
