Job Title: Assistant HR Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant Officer to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or recent graduates looking to build a career in HR. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee record management, and HR administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
* Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files)
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes
* Handle HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports
* Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
* Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Knowledge of HR systems/software is a plus
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices
* Experience with HRIS systems
* Strong attention to detail
