Restaurant Manager – Kuwait (Hiring from India Only)
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager from India to join our team in Kuwait.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or casual dining
Excellent English communication skills
Strong leadership skills to manage the kitchen and service teams
Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ability to ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints
Knowledge of restaurant operations (inventory, scheduling, hygiene & safety)
Understanding of marketing strategies to grow and retain customers
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
