We are Hiring - Sales Executive

Tasks:
1-Sell residential and commercial properties to individual clients.
2-Lease departments and office spaces to B2C customers.
3-Identify and qualify potential buyers and tenants.
4-Conduct property viewings and explain features, pricing, and terms.
5-Close sales and rental agreements and support contract signing.
6-Promote and sell office subscription packages (serviced offices, shared offices, virtual offices).
7-Identify and approach corporate clients, startups, and SMEs.
8-Present subscription solutions tailored to business needs.
9-Manage subscription contracts, renewals, upgrades, and long-term corporate relationships.
10-Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
11-Provide professional advice based on client requirements and market conditions.
12-Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from inquiry to closing.
13-Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transactions.
14-Collect and submit accurate client documentation.
15-Update CRM systems with leads, activities, and deal status.
16-Share market feedback with DP manager to support

Required :
- Kuwaiti Driver License
- Real Estate experience
- Ready to join immediately
- Inside Kuwait only
- Visa transferrable 18
- bilingual Arabic & English
