📍 Location: Al Seedawi Food Industries – Kuwait

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations, support the sales team in achieving targets, and ensure strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will monitor team performance, implement sales strategies, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Monitor daily sales activities and ensure proper market coverage.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
-Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and customer satisfaction.
-Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
-Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance departments for smooth operations.
-Train, guide, and evaluate sales team performance.
-Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics AX or similar).

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG industry.
-Prior experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Good knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
-Valid driving license is preferred.
-Good command of English & Arabic.
