🔹 We’re Hiring | Marketing Manager
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive brand growth across our portfolio. If you have a strong background in marketing strategy, team leadership, and performance-driven campaigns—especially within the F&B industry—we would love to hear from you.
As a key leader within the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all brands
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Brand Managers and Marketing Officers
✅ Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns
✅ Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on all activities
✅ Analyze KPIs, campaign performance, and customer insights to optimize results
✅ Drive brand positioning, awareness, and customer engagement
✅ Collaborate with operations and other departments to align on business goals
✅ Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content strategies
✅ Build partnerships, sponsorships, and external collaborations
✅ Review and approve all marketing materials and campaigns
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within F&B
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills
🔹 Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
🔹 Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, and market trends
🔹 Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
🔹 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
