Salary: KD 650 - 700/month

About the Role:

We're looking for an organized, bilingual Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a small team (4-6), handle inventory, GCC shipments, order fulfillment, e-commerce, reporting, and support sales - all while ensuring compliance with GCC food standards.

Key Requirements:

3-4 years in operations (F&B or e-commerce preferred)

Bilingual - Arabic & English

Proficient in Shopify or similar platforms

Strong leadership & communication skills

GCC logistics/compliance knowledge is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
