Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ Experience in restaurant or fit-out construction projects
✔ Strong knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and piping systems
✔ Experience with kitchen drainage and grease trap installations
✔ Immediate availability preferred

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Supervise site construction activities and represent the contractor
▪ Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
▪ Monitor civil, plumbing, and piping works for quality compliance
▪ Track project progress, prepare reports, and resolve technical issues
▪ Ensure safety compliance, maintain documentation, and support project handover
