A friend’s company is looking to hire an Admin Assistant to handle coordination, scheduling, communication with management and external parties, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Management or Diploma
- 2 to 4 years experience in Secretary/Admin work
Skills:
- Computer skills
- English - Very Good
- Emails & letters writing
- Ability to travel in case needed
