🚨 We’re Hiring: Store Manager – Fashion Retail (Kuwait)
Armada is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Kuwait.

🔹 Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent customer service and commercial mindset
• Good understanding of retail operations, VM standards, and stock management
• Candidate based on Kuwait only with 18 visa.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets
• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams
• Maintain high standards of store operation and compliance
