Human Resources Generalist or HRBP

🔹 Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization across core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll coordination, organizational development, and employee relations.

This role requires a proactive individual who can balance operational execution with a strong understanding of HR best practices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding)
Support and coordinate payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist in organizational development initiatives (structure, job descriptions, policies)
Handle employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor law
Maintain and update HR records, systems, and documentation
Support HR projects and initiatives aligned with business needs
🔹 Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong experience in recruitment and payroll
Good understanding of organizational development and HR practices
Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Mandatory Criteria:
📍 Based in Kuwait
🗣️ Arabic speaker (Fluent)
🛂 Transferable Visa (18 Ahli)
🔹 Preferred:
Experience in multi-entity or fast-growing organizations
Exposure to HR systems / HRIS
