🚨 Hiring: Junior Accountant / Cashier

Bartone Cafe & Restaurant is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Cashier to support day-to-day financial operations across multiple outlets.

📍 Location: Kuwait (Local hiring only)
💰 Salary: KD 350 – 400

Role Overview

This role is responsible for handling daily financial operations, ensuring accurate cash management, proper documentation, and timely reporting across all outlets. You will play a key role in maintaining financial discipline and supporting the finance team with clean and reliable data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash & Petty Cash Management
Handle petty cash and maintain proper records
Reconcile daily cash collections with sales
Prepare and submit daily cash summaries

2. Invoice Verification & Documentation
Verify supplier invoices (pricing, quantity, approvals)
Match invoices with GRNs, LPOs, and outlet reports
Maintain organized financial records

3. Data & Excel Reporting
Prepare reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
Maintain trackers for expenses, inventory, and cash flow
Support reconciliations and reporting

4. Outlet Coordination
Follow up with outlets for missing documents and reports
Ensure timely submission of financial data
Escalate discrepancies when required

5. Payroll Support
Assist with attendance, overtime, and payroll inputs
Maintain records for advances and deductions

6. Finance Team Support
Assist in month-end closing and reconciliations
Support audits and provide required documentation

Requirements
1–3 years experience in accounting / cashier / finance
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Good understanding of accounting basics
High attention to detail

Preferred:
Experience in F&B / retail / multi-outlet operations
Familiar with POS systems and cash handling
