👨‍⚕️ Clinic Manager
• Oversee daily clinic operations
• Manage patient experience, front desk & insurance processes
• Handle patient concerns and supervise staff performance
• Monitor KPIs and ensure operational efficiency
• Coordinate with departments to maintain high service standards

👩‍💼 Customer Care Officer (CSO)
• Welcome patients and visitors professionally
• Support check-in and appointment scheduling
• Handle insurance requests and incoming calls
• Maintain accurate records in the system
• Ensure a friendly and smooth patient experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (healthcare preferred)
