• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred) • 2-5 years' experience in a similar secretarial or executive assistant role

Bilingual - fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,

PowerPoint)

Strong email drafting and document preparation skills

Professional appearance and presentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
