A company is looking to hire a Receptionist / Secretary with the following qualifications:

🔹 Position:
Receptionist / Secretary

🔹 Requirements:
• Diploma (Institute degree) in Secretarial Studies or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle calls, schedule meetings, and manage daily administrative tasks

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Greet and استقبال visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage schedules and appointments
• Handle emails and correspondence
• Provide general administrative support

🔹 Additional Requirements:
• Candidate must not be currently enrolled in school/university
• Ability to work under pressure and commit to working hours
