📢 We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor - Arab National with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to join our growing team in Kuwait.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
💠 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store in line with brand standards and guidelines.
💠 Supervise, lead, and motivate the team to ensure high performance and productivity.
💠 Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality to achieve sales targets.
💠 Initiate and drive Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities to improve topline sales.
💠 Manage stock control and inventory management efficiently.

💠 Strong store and people management skills
💠 Solid product knowledge, planning, and project management
💠 Excellent follow-up and initiative-taking abilities
💠 Strong customer service and sales skills
💠 Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
💠 Experience with POS and ordering systems (Foodics, Odoo)
💠 Proficiency in MS Office
💠 Fluent in English and Arabic
💠 Energetic, proactive, and adaptable

🎓 Qualifications:
💠 Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent
💠 Proven experience as a Store Supervisor / Store Manager in the F&B industry
💠 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
💠 Arab National
💠 Valid Kuwait Residency with transferable visa
