Operations Manager – Leading Daily Operations and Improving Efficiency – COO / Operations Manager*
We are looking for a strong and reliable operations manager to manage all the operational processes of the branches and warehouses, ensuring efficient performance. The ideal person manages existing teams, coordinates departments, and allows the employer to focus on product development and strategic growth.
Core Functions:
• Follow-up on the operation of all branches and stores and quality assurance
• Personnel management, payroll supervision, recruitment and training
• Improve operational procedures and increase efficiency
• Coordination between different departments and ensuring work harmony
• Reporting accurately with suggestion of solutions to improve performance
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience ≥ 5 years in managing the operations of a medium-sized company
• Ability to efficiently lead cross-functional teams
• Organized, decisive, and reliable person
• Experience in improving processes and increasing productivity
Note:
We are looking for someone who is fully responsible and can lead the team without constant supervision.
