• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years in customer service, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
