Required Commercial Manager

7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or partnerships roles, preferably in BNPL, fintech, payments, or financial services.
Proven track record of merchant acquisition and revenue growth in Kuwait.
Strong understanding of Kuwait’s retail, e-commerce, and payments ecosystem.
Experience negotiating MDRs, revenue share models, and enterprise contracts.
Strong stakeholder management skills across merchants, banks, and partners.
Fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
