Job Description: Operations Supervisor (B2B Field Operations)
Location: Kuwait
Reports to: Operations Manager
Working Schedule: 6 Days Per Week
Role Summary
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operational compliance of our B2B retail partners. This is a field-based role requiring a proactive individual who can balance high-level reporting with hands-on equipment maintenance and retailer support. The successful candidate will ensure that all retail locations meet company standards for service delivery, equipment functionality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Compliance: Conduct mandatory monthly visits to retailers to audit operational performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
Data Management: Systematically collect and verify data related to retailer sales, activities, and service delivery performance.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports for each retailer, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
Technical Maintenance: Inspect all on-site machinery and equipment to ensure full functionality. Perform routine monthly servicing, including cleaning, dust removal, and basic preventive maintenance.
Issue Resolution: Identify operational irregularities or equipment failures and escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager with recommended solutions.
Retailer Support: Provide ongoing support and coaching to retailers regarding company procedures, operational best practices, and quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all site visits, technical inspections, and service activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or store supervision, specifically within a field-based environment.
Language Proficiency: Bilingual with professional-level communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable performing basic manual maintenance and preventive servicing on equipment.
Must possess a valid Kuwait Driving License and a willingness to travel extensively between store locations.
Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and train diverse teams to achieve operational excellence.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions independently.
