Stainless Steel Workshop Manager – Mechanical Industry
We are seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Workshop Manager to oversee operations at a mechanical fabrication company in Kuwait. The candidate must have strong experience in stainless steel fabrication and prior experience working on KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily stainless-steel workshop operations and fabrication activities.
• Supervise welders, fabricators, and workshop technicians.
• Ensure fabrication work meets project specifications and KOC standards.
• Review technical drawings and coordinate with project/site teams.


• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
📌 Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a stainless steel fabrication workshop.
• KOC project experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, and workshop management.
* Knowledge of welding processes (TIG, MIG, ARC).
• Good leadership and communication skills.
* Familiar with workshop planning and production control
