Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Salesman to manage and develop key customer accounts within the FMCG sector. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring product availability, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow assigned key accounts
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure proper product listing, visibility, and stock levels
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Proven experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage sales (Kuwait market)
- Valid Kuwait driving license
- Transferable Visa 18 (Ahli)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must be able to speak Arabic & English fluently
- Can join immediately
