Urgently Hiring: Cost Controller – F&B Sector Location: Kuwait City
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Monthly cost control F & B cost analysis and (COGS)reporting.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, monitor stock transfer, Kitchen stock management, bars, and storage areas.
Costing : Work with chefs to calculate item costs and menu recipe costing.
Menu pricing : Suggest management proportionate margin for each menu
Variance Analysis : Conduct regular reviews of f & b cost variances and provide insights and corrective action plans to improve margins.
Reporting : Generate weekly and monthly reports on f & b costs and present findings to the finance manager
Waste Management : Implement procedures to minimize waste and ensure maximum utilization of resources in the kitchen and F&B operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
years of experience in F&B cost control, financial management, or in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including costing, inventory control, and menu pricing
Strong analytical and reporting skills
