• Arab National (Preferably Egyptian)
• Minimum 5 years experience in core HR functions
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, recruitment & employee relations
• Transferable Visa required
• Available to join immediately

📝 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outdoor meetings with clients
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Handle employee relations & daily HR operations
• Maintain employee records & HR documentation
• Support performance management & appraisals
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws & company policies
