Location: Kuwait

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Engineer with strong MEP background and valid KOC/KNPC approval.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at MEP project sites.
• Ensure full compliance with KOC/KNPC safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and hazard identification.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project team, consultants, and client representatives on safety matters.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with permit-to-work systems.


• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and audit records.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in MEP projects, preferably in Oil & Gas sector.
• Mandatory valid KOC/KNPC approval.
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait safety regulations and international HSE standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Transferable visa (Article 18) – Local hiring only in Kuwait.
