The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring seamless team collaboration.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements.
