Position:● Purchasing Officer (F&B) ●

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchasing Officer with experience in the F&B industry to handle buying food, beverages, and related supplies. The ideal candidate should know the market well, deal confidently with suppliers, and ensure we receive quality products at the best prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase food, beverages, and other required items on time.
• Deal directly with suppliers and negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Compare quotations and choose the best quality with competitive pricing.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Check that all items meet quality and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and store teams regarding stock levels.
• Keep proper records of purchases and invoices.
• Monitor market prices and look for new reliable suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in F&B.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage suppliers and pricing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Available to join immediately.
