Abraaj Water Company is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Distribution Dispatcher to join our Logistics & Distribution team!

This is a real-time operations role — you'll be the nerve center of our daily water delivery network, ensuring every route runs smoothly and every customer is served on time.

📌 Position: Distribution Dispatcher
📍 Location: Kuwait
🏭 Industry: Water Manufacturing / FMCG

🔹 What You'll Be Doing:
• Monitor and control daily delivery routes in real time
• Assign and adjust routes dynamically based on order priorities
• Communicate with drivers to resolve on-road issues and ensure timely deliveries
• Track order status and maintain full system visibility
• Ensure POD (Proof of Delivery) compliance and proper route closure
• Handle urgent same-day and rescheduled deliveries

✅ What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations
• Knowledge of route/fleet tracking systems is a plus
• Strong communicator with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa (Article 18)
