We are looking for a Salad Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and assembling a variety of fresh salads according to recipes and standards.
- Washing, cutting, and organizing vegetables and ingredients.
- Ensuring consistency in presentation and portion sizes.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Assisting the kitchen team when required.

Requirements & Skills:
- Previous experience in salad preparation or kitchen assistance.
- Good knife skills and speed in food preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant, catering, or central kitchen is preferred.
