We are currently looking for experienced Planning Engineers to join our team.

🔹 Position: Planning Engineer

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Minimum 8 years total post-graduation experience

Minimum 5 years experience in the same role

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Primavera (Version 8.0 and above)

Proven track record in scheduling, monitoring, and reporting across multiple projects

Strong expertise in Primavera P6 with demonstrated planning skills

Ability to identify and highlight critical path to Line Manager

Proactive approach to ensure projects are completed as scheduled

Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Review project proposals and provide inputs for execution strategies and proposal schedules

Prepare project baseline schedules

Monitor and update project schedules; identify slippages and recommend recovery plans

Participate as a member of the project team

Review contractor planning deliverables (schedules & progress reports)



Collect, analyze, and compile project data and reports as directed by management

Provide schedule updates, progress status, and completion forecasts

Arrange project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM)

Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to client and management
