We are hiring a Shopfloor Supervisor for our Jahra location.

The ideal candidate should have experience in major retail environments such as Lulu Hypermarket, Grand Hyper, or similar stores, and must be confident in managing shopfloor operations including inventory control, fruits & vegetables, grocery section handling, stock availability, merchandising, POS coordination, and overall retail presentation.

This is a hands-on floor role requiring strong supervision skills, attention to quality, and the ability to manage team members efficiently.
