City Group Company (CGC) is seeking a highly experienced Process Safety Management Advisor to provide technical leadership in Process Safety, Risk Management, and Loss Prevention for Oil & Gas operations in Kuwait. This senior advisory role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

🔹Qualifications & Experience

✔Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Process / Mechanical / Instrumentation & Control / Petroleum / Fire / Loss Prevention)
✔Minimum 20 years of professional experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Operating Companies or Risk Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, development, and implementation of the Company PSM System
* Evaluate technical quality, implement improvements, and deliver cost-effective solutions
* Drive hazard identification, risk assessments, and operational risk controls across sites
* Develop and maintain PSM frameworks, procedures, and best practices
* Provide SME advice, support decision-making, and resolve critical safety and risk issues
* Conduct and facilitate PHA and QRA for major projects
* Develop and deliver training on Risk Assessment, Safety Integrity Levels, Risk-Based Design, and Safe Operating Practices
* Identify and implement new technologies and methods to improve efficiency and safety
