We’re Hiring | Civil Engineer – Project Planning | Kuwait

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
•10–15 years of civil engineering experience in project planning within construction
•Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project
•Solid knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and resource planning
•Experience in preparing baseline programs, progress tracking, and recovery plans
•Ability to coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients
•Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and maintain project schedules, baselines, and updates
•Monitor progress and compare actual vs planned performance
•Develop recovery programs and mitigation plans when required
•Coordinate with project team for resource allocation and sequencing
•Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
•Support claims, EOT, and variation analysis
•Ensure compliance with contractual planning requirements
