🚨Hospitality & Guest Experience Officer is required.

Responsibilities:
📍Welcome guests professionally and ensure high-quality service.
📍Manage and update the beverage menu and reception refreshments display
📍Oversee F&B standards, stock levels, and ordering.
📍Supervise showroom cleanliness and cleaning staff performance.
📍Conduct regular inspections to maintain a premium, hotel-level environment.
📍Control ambiance (lighting, music, temperature).
📍Train service and cleaning staff and support SOP development.

✨Requirements:

📍5+ years of experience in Hospitality (Hotels/Luxury F&B).
📍Supervisory experience managing cleaning or service teams.
📍Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Candidates:🚨
Arab or Filipino nationality are preferred due to relevant cultural familiarity and service industry experience in the region.
